Fairy Tail Will Never Catch Up With One Piece?

Although I made such a title for my article, I never means that it is necessary for a comparison between Fairy Tail and One Piece. I’m a fan both of Fairy Tail and One Piece.

  But there are still many anti-fans criticizing Fairy Tail as a copycat of One Piece.

  In my heart, they are both irreplaceable masterpiece. I have some questions to ask those ones dislike Fairy Tail.

  Do you really read this Fairy Tail manga ever?

  You quit watching Fairy Tail anime because of the bad first two episodes, doesn’t you?

  Do you know that Hiro Mashima sensei has never been so ambitious to surpass One Piece?

  As a new star in Japanese comics industry, Mashima devotes much effort and enthusiasm to Fairy Tail, making it better and better. Nothing can cover Fairy Tail manga’s light.

  And if you insist on watching Fairy Tail anime, you’ll find that its image quality gets improved and its episodes are very awesome.

  Fairy Tail has almost every facts of a fabulous manga. Humorous conversation, touching plot, impressive scenes, shocking fights and intertwined mysteries… Each of them makes me unable to stop.

  Detailed emotional description is Fairy Tail’s bright spot. Spirits of Fairy Tail, inspiration to join Guild, friendship and teamwork, family bond, love… That builds up our band with Fairy Tail and become so strong and warm-blood.

Do you really understand the meaning of Yaoi?

Yaoi is a genre of publishing in Japan, including yaoi manga, doujinshi, anime and other artwork. It focus on relationship between 2 male characters and has detailed sexual description.

Yaoi is not equivalent to Shounen Ai or Boys’ love. The latter have no direct sexual description.

Strictly speaking, we should pronounce three vowels(ya-o-i) each instead together.  It’s wrong to pronounce like /jaʊi/ or /jeɪɔɪ/.

Yaoi’s etymology is very interesting. It comes from Japanese phrase 「ヤマなし、オチなし、意味なし」 (yama nashi, ochi nashi, imi nashi) for short, which means: No peak, no point, no problem. And also it’s dubbed “Yamete! Oshiri ga itai!” which means “Stop it! My butt is hurting.” (XD)

Girls fond of Yaoi are called Fujoshi. Some people may think they’re weird, but actually, they are just so kind to the special group of Gay in this cruel society. And they’re so imaginative that romantic stories are just flashing into their mind when they see two boys together.

In Japan, Kadokawa Shoten Publishing Co., Ltd publishes good yaoi manga, such as Junjou Romantica, Sekaiichi Hatsukoi.

Fairy Girls, the companion to Fairy Tail manga

I just burst into laughing when I saw the name of Fairy Girls. It sounds like Super Girl to Super Man. But I’m still so happy to hear this good news for its publishing.
  Magazine Special announced this news that Fairy Girls is a story about four amazing girls in Fairy Tail: Lucy, Erza, Wendy and Juvia.
  Of course, they four are the most popular among female characters of Fairy Tail.

 Lucy

  Lucy is very confident in her appearance. She always shows off her beauty.And this behavior doesn’t make her annoying, but instead, it helps her win a lot of fans. Heartfilia is her family name, but she doesn’t like it. Something which happens in her family touched me a lot.

Erza

  Erza is very strict and hot-tempered, often criticizing others’ behavior which makes her scary.  She is also very impatient, disliking people who don't answer her questions quickly enough. Her red hair is like her temper, so hot and fervent.

Juvia

  Juvia has an emotionless face. After she joins Fairy Tail, she develops a happier demeanor.  She is obsessed with Gray Full buster to the point of considering anyone who shows affection towards him a rival.

Wendy

  Wendy is very petite and cute. She smiles like an angel and also very shy and polite. She is always accompanied by her Exceed companion, Carla, as they have a very close relationship. She is eager to make friends and I think in Fairy Girls, she won’t feel lonely.

  They will meet a fake man who pretend to be a member of Fairy Tail in the first chapter of Fairy Girls. As their different personalities, the story must be very funny!

China Fans Hooked on Gay Love in “The Graver Robbers’ Chronicles”

The best seller in China “The Graver Robbers’ Chronicles” about a group of tomb raiders has gotten its English version. If you’re interested in China ancient culture or horror pieces, this book will be your best choice.
  Its story is about a group of tomb raiders leading by Uncle Wu. They rob tombs and suffer a chain of disasters. The first sight character “Me” is Xie Wu who is weak and as innocent as his name. The other main character is Qiling Zhang who is so skillful and flexible, but has many secrets. There are also many horrible zombies and worms on their way.
  The book is very popular among fujoshi in China, although it has nothing about yaoi manga or boy’s love. They mix the brotherhood with boy’s love between Xie Wu and Qiling Zhang and make a lot of things to expand their imagination about these two main male characters.
Those talented Chinese artists make plenty of doujinshi manga in genre of yaoi manga. Their logic, plot and art is really awesome. Here are some pictures which I think are masterpieces.

 It also gets manhua, stage play, movie and TV drama adaptation in China now.

CLAMP – Four Awesome Japanese Obasan

If you’re an Otaku, you must know their team name “CLAMP”. If you’re a teenage girl, you watch their shoujo anime Cardcaptor Sakura every day. Or if you’re a teenage boy, you may be obsessed with reading Code Geass manga, of which the characters are set by them. Their art vary in different periods. And their manga includes many genres, such as shoujo manga, shounen manga, seinen manfa, yaoi manga and so on. Specifically, they are really influential group in promoting yaoi manga.

Natsu x Lucy - My Favourite Character Pairing in Fairy Tail

I love all the characters in Fairy Tail manga. But the favorite one is Lucy. She is an independent, kind, adorable and brave girl. I really hope that I could be such a girl like her. I think that every man in Fairy Tail manga are attracted by Lucy, but only natsu is Lucy’s true love!

 Although Natsu made a promise with Lisanna in their childhood. But it’s Lucy who always stays with Natsu, protect him and take care of him. 

 Who stays with Natsu when he’s in danger? Lucy!

 Who cries heavily when Natsu gets hurt? Lucy!

 Who runs to Lucy in despite of danger and hug her heavily? It’s Natsu!

 When they met each other at the first sight, I knew that something has happened between them which is beyond friendship.

 Natsu is the only one allowed relaxing himself in Lucy’s room. 

Happy always tell Lucy that Natsu falls love in her. Lucy is happy and looking forward to his explanation.

 One day, Lisanna asks Lucy not leave Natsu. Right, she loves Natsu. But she knows who is in Natsu’s heart and she believes that Lucy can protect Natsu as well.

And last one: who gets Natsu’s precious scarf? Lucy of course! 

 So, I support Nalu. How about you?

So Many Cats in Fairy Tail, Which is Your Favorite?

Cats are very important characters in Fairy Tail. Every of them has a particular personality. They are magicians' best friends, followers and companions. I really love these little but brave creatures. Now, let me introduce them.

1.Happy
Happy is very loyal to his companion Natsu and their legal guild Fairy Tail. He likes fish and dislike dogs (except for Plue). He has a great amount of knowledge more than Lucy and Natsu (and he also knows Natsu's feeling to Lucy). His catch phrase is "Aye" or "Aye, sir".

2.Carla
Carla is adorable. But she is very strict and serious. She cares about Wendy like a mother. Happy likes her from the very beginning, but meanwhile she hates him at the first sight. I think she will be touched by Happy sooner or later.

3.Pantherlily
Pantherlily is my favorite cat in Fairy Tail. He is Gajeel's partner. He loves wiki. And he knows the best way to taste it. He's very strong and powerful in his huge body and it's so cute when he transforms his huge and strong body to small size one.

4.Frosch
Frosch has green skin covered by pink frog-like suit. He's so easy going that he always smiles. So he has many good friends who loves him very much. He loves Rogue and is willing to sacrifice himself to protect Rogue.

5.Lector
Lector is very arrogant. This feature makes him very funny. He thinks that Sting is the best. He wants to become strong, so he begs to follow Sting. He loves Sting so much that he's so angry and sad when others don't believe Sting.

6. Samuel
Samuel is very calm and cautious. He’s a rational cat. He has a habit of spiting others which makes him very funny.
